Job description

Senior Construction Project Manager
Location: Melbourne, FL
Requirments:
  • A Senior Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial/ Aerospace High Bay Construction Projects and Five (5) years as a Sr. Construction Project Manager.
  • Must be experienced in leading field staff project team, Lean Construction/Pull Plans, proficient with Reading Drawings, Writing subcontracts, Project Buyout, Change Order Management, Processing Submittals/RFIs, expediting submittals, material/equipment, procurement and working with Project Superintendent.
  • Prior experience with Procore is essential. Also must be proficient in Bluebeam, Excel and MS Office and MS Project Scheduling.

Responsibilities:
  • Onsite Construction Project Management and Change Order Management of a large Aerospace High Bay project.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and project staff managing procurement, submittals, schedule and change orders.
  • Work closely with Project Engineer, Project Superintendents & Safety Mgr. for a successful safe project delivered on time.
