As an Operations Support Analyst II, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical expertise enabling the successful daily operation of TFCU’s core system operations and support of end-users.
Salary Range:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting rate for level II is $37.41/hour however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Anticipated schedule: Remote 2 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also have rotating Saturday shift every 3 months.
Education/Experience:
You must have an Associate’s degree related to business and/or technology is required; Requires any combination of four years of relatable computer, computerized or technology services experience. Experience with financial institutions is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
- Microsoft and Cisco certifications preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as an Operations Support Analyst II, you must possess these qualifications:
- Ability to use basic manual tools for servicing personal computer equipment.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Workstations, Microsoft Office, and other software packages to diagnose equipment, software or operational problems.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call, evenings or weekends on maintenance or special projects as required and ability to travel to various locations.
- Working knowledge of using, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer and networking equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in order to work multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical staff and other senior management/credit union staff as appropriate.
