    Description:
    MUST have experience doing development of POC's to products preferably in generative AI.. They will be connecting the backend and front-end systems so they can scale throughout L'Oreal. One year contract with potential to extend multiple times as they have many more POC's being created.  
     
    L'Oréal is seeking a team to develop CM.ai, an agentic AI-driven web app designed to empower brand teams to quickly and easily gain insights from structured market survey data. A proof of concept (POC) has been completed, and we now require a small team to put the solution into production.
     
    The solution is a simple chat-based web app that enables users to interact with AI agents. These agents are designed to perform text-to-SQL tasks, allowing users to query structured data in Google BigQuery seamlessly. By transforming natural language inputs into SQL queries, the app delivers actionable insights in an intuitive and user-friendly format.
     
    We have successfully completed a working POC, showcasing the feasibility of the solution. The project is now transitioning into production. We are seeking:
     
    Responsibilities
    Developing the agentic backend on Google ADK.
    Building APIs for seamless communication between the web app and the backend.
    Analyzing & monitoring system performance.
    Deploying onto GCP & CloudRun
    Agents & tasks have been defined ?
    Tools have already been build ?
     
    Required skills
    Strong Python skills.
    Proven experience in building AI-driven web applications.
    Experience on agentic frameworks such as Google ADK or Crew.ai
