Production Associate - Frame Assembly
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Location: Morrisville, NC (onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
Start: Immediate openings
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary / Temp-to-Hire
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay
About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring Prebuild Production Associates to support a leading wall décor and print-on-demand manufacturing operation in Morrisville, North Carolina. In this role, you will measure, cut, join, and prepare frame components used in the production of custom printed products. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable using tools and machinery, works accurately, and takes pride in producing quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and follow job specifications
- Safely operate saws, joiners, and other prebuild tools and equipment
- Cut, join, and assemble frame or prebuild components for production
- Inspect measurements, cuts, joints, and finished components for quality and accuracy
- Maintain production pace while following all safety, quality, and work instructions
What You Bring - Required
- Previous experience working with saws, joiners, or similar tools and machinery
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Ability to follow measurements, specifications, and detailed work instructions
- Comfortable standing for the full shift and performing repetitive production work
- Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a safety-focused approach
What You Bring - Preferred
- Previous experience in frame assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or production
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment
