- $42 â€" 48K, dependent on experience
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with strong Revit experience to support the development of construction documents across a diverse portfolio of projects, including pediatric clinics, veterinary hospitals and clinics, multifamily residential developments, and government facilities.
- This role plays a critical part in translating design concepts into accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
- Develop, modify, and maintain construction documents using Revit for a variety of project types.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to produce coordinated drawing sets.
- Translate sketches, markups, and design intent into detailed architectural drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Support redline revisions and updates throughout project phases.
- Participate in internal QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelorâ€TMs degree in Architecture or 2+ years of architectural drafting experience
- Revit knowledge
