JOB TITLE: Day Porter – Full-Time
LOCATION: West Chester, OH
HOURS: 1st Shift, Occasional Nights and Weekends, Schedule Subject to Change Based on Business Needs
COMPENSATION: $17.00 / Hour
TRAVEL: Minimal (1-10%)

Job Responsibilities:Â Â
- Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.Â
- Complete assigned job(s) in the time allottedÂ
- Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:Â
- Perform litter pick-up along highwaysÂ
- Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail propertiesÂ
- Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issuesÂ
Job Requirements:Â Â
- Valid Driver’s LicenseÂ
- DOT Physical Required but paid for by Company expense.
- Dot Medical Card
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.Â
- Experience working outdoors Â
- Ability to follow directions and read mapsÂ
- Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving recordÂ
- Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug testsÂ
- Ability to operate a pick-up truck safelyÂ
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionallyÂ
- Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required. Â
- Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
