Salt & Straw is preparing to open our scoop shops in Salt Lake City, and we’re excited to start meeting the people who want to be part of bringing these shops to life.

Scoopers & Seasonal Scoopers – The heart of the shop. The friendly faces creating joy, connection, and unforgettable moments for every guest. 

Shift Coordinators – Frontline team members who guide the shift, support teammates, and ensure an incredible guest experience. 

Assistant General Manager – A key partner in leading the shop, driving day-to-day operations, developing the team, and bringing our values to life through every detail of the guest and employee experience. 

General Manager – The leader of the shop, responsible for building a strong, people-first culture, developing future leaders, and delivering exceptional business and guest outcomes.
