  • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, productivity, and customer value
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations, maintain accurate safety documentation, lead weekly tailgate safety meetings, and proactively identify and mitigate jobsite hazards.
  • Ensure all assigned vehicles, equipment, and tools are maintained in a safe, clean, and fully operational condition.

     Qualifications:

    • Safety-first mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations and promoting safe work practices
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management, or related field preferred; and CLT and OSHA 30 is a plus
    • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past three years (required)
    • Strong background in landscape construction, including experience with jobsite operations, crew coordination, equipment utilization, and project execution.
    • Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop team members at various levels
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in English
    • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties
    • This is a direct report to jobsite position

    What We Offer

    • Hands-on learning from day one with ongoing opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career
    • Paid time off and holidays to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance
