Core Electrical Group is a leading commercial electrical contractor. We are committed to delivering top-tier solutions to our clients and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of electrical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring all phases from design through to installation are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Conduct risk assessments and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, milestones, and any potential delays.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the Pre-Construction/Pre-Fabrication department on all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation processes.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and codes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with small and large-scale electrical projects.
  • Knowledge of the electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70, NFPA 70E).
