    We're one of the world's largest providers of transportation and logistics services. Our customers range from small and mid-sized companies up to global enterprises. Our Global Logistics and Distribution business unit provides comprehensive logistics services and warehousing solutions utilizing a global network of distribution centers, innovative technology, and supply chain expertise to manage the flow of goods from receiving to storage and order processing to shipment.
    The Distribution Specialist supports operations within the Roadie Cross Dock Facility, playing a key role in coordinating warehouse activities and driver dispatch to ensure timely package pickups and deliveries. This role provides critical support to vendors, outsourced labor, and internal teams by monitoring operational performance, managing delivery information requests, and assisting with supply needs.
    Additionally, the Distribution Specialist will help escalate issues to support teams, contribute to the establishment of Revenue Recovery processes, and provide guidance to outsourced labor, including drivers.
    Qualifications
    Required
    • Revenue Recovery experience
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven problem-solving ability
    • Prior operations experience
    • Bilingual proficiency is a plus

    Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required
    Shift: Sunday-Thursday 1pm-9pm
