Seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property and/or underinsured motorist defense litigation. The role involves taking depositions, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required, along with excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills. Expectations: Work collaboratively as part of a strong team.
