About the Role
We are seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across our branch network. This is an in-office position responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled and support talent for roles spanning technicians, service, parts, sales, and administrative positions. The Recruiter will travel periodically to branch locations to build relationships with branch managers, support hiring events, and gain firsthand insight into staffing needs at each site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions across all branch locations, from intake through offer
- Partner with branch managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, build accurate job descriptions, and set hiring priorities
- Source candidates directly from heavy equipment companies and dealer networks, as well as from trades-focused recruiters and agencies, in addition to job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local trade schools
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Extend offers and manage the offer negotiation process in coordination with leadership
- Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Travel to branch locations as needed to support in-person hiring events, meet with branch leadership, and better understand site-specific roles and culture
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and recurring roles (technicians, mechanics, service writers, parts specialists)
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline health
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay current on compensation benchmarks and labor market trends within the heavy equipment and skilled trades space
- Support employer branding efforts, including job postings, career page content, and participation in local job fairs or trade school events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience; experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or heavy equipment/industrial roles strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations or a branch/dealer network is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other candidate databases
- Familiar with using AI to help with the candidate search
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with branch managers and operational leaders
- Comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions across multiple sites simultaneously
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency; able to move quickly on open requisitions and keep candidates engaged and moving through the process without delay
- Willingness and ability to travel to branch locations as needed
- Valid driver's license in good standing

- Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Travel to branch locations required periodically; all associated travel expenses (mileage, lodging, meals) are covered by the company
