    Full Time Contract
    Title: Manufacturing Operator
    Location: Onsite Dorado, PR
    Length of Contract: 6 months
    Position Description:

    The Manufacturing Operator - S1 applies basic technical aptitude and procedural knowledge to perform routine manufacturing tasks within a regulated medical device environment. Working under direct supervision, this entry-level role focuses on executing standardized production procedures, maintaining strict quality compliance, and developing technical skills within a high-precision team environment.
    Responsibilities

    • Production Execution: Perform routine manufacturing assembly, processing, and system operations using detailed, step-by-step written work instructions.
    • Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal site procedures.
    • Data & Accuracy: Maintain accurate production logs and device history records, ensuring precision and compliance across all assigned tasks.
    • Cross-Functional Communication: Exchange clear, basic operational updates with immediate team members, supervisors, and support leads.
    • Problem Solving: Apply basic analytical skills to identify and escalate operational discrepancies or straightforward technical issues using defined channels.
    • EHS & Safety Commitment: Promote a safe work culture by adhering to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and energy management policies.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronics preferred).
    • Basic technical aptitude and ability to follow step-by-step written work instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail with an understanding of quality and precision.
    • Basic bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English).
    Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in a technical or scientific discipline preferred.

    Work Schedule
    • Standard Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
    • Schedule Adjustments: Initial schedule starts at 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; however, depending on operational and business needs, minor schedule shifts may occur within the window of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
    • Overtime (FLSA Non-Exempt): Position is eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek or per local statutory Puerto Rico labor regulations. Overtime must be pre-approved by operational leadership.
