Filling/Kitting Associate - 3rd Shift

Location: Lebanon, OH
1st Shift Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:55 PM - 7 AM
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr 

Job Summary:
The Kitting & Filling Packaging Associate plays a key role in preparing products for shipment by assembling, packing, and labeling materials according to specific customer or order requirements. This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse position that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Kitting & Assembly: Gather, sort, and assemble components into complete kits based on order instructions, packing slips, or customer specifications
  • Filling & Packing: Fill containers, bags, or boxes (manually or by feeding materials into machines) and package items for shipment
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, verify quantities, and ensure all required components are included
  • Labeling: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and product identification labels accurately
  • Machine Operation: Operate packaging equipment such as shrink-wrap and sealing machines, with basic troubleshooting as needed
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following GMP and safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in counting, assembling, and organizing products
  • Work Style: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and follow detailed instructions
