What You'll Bring * 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial automation, engineered systems, manufacturing technology or a related industry * Experience leading customer service, project delivery, field service or operations * A track record of building high-performing teams and scalable processes * Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution * Engineering degree required; MBA or related graduate education considered an asset  Why Join PSI?
