PROSTAR Staffing is seeking a skilled professional to join a team producing critical healthcare products. This position offers a direct opportunity to impact global health while working with advanced automated systems.
What You Will Do
- Control Production: Operate and monitor Blow-Fill-Seal manufacturing equipment.
- Manage Setups: Perform precise machine setups, changeovers, and production adjustments.
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and operational issues.
- Maintain Performance: Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Ensure Quality: Perform rigid in-process quality inspections and checks.
- Document Work: Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation accurately.
- Follow Standards: Adhere to strict GMP, safety, and cleanroom procedures.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating BFS equipment or high-speed automated systems.
- Aptitude: Strong mechanical skill set with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Environment: Comfort working in a sterile, gown-required cleanroom environment.
- Regulated Background (Preferred): Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device fields.
