    • Coordinate and communicate with management, including clients, internal teams, regulatory authorities, and external contractors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
    • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements, risks, and challenges.
    • Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and vendor relationships, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
    • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure all on-site activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations along side of the Safety Manager.
    • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all phases of the project, managing quality control processes and inspections.
    • Prepare for and participate in project close-out, including documentation, final inspections, and securing necessary approvals with support from the accounting department.
    • Prepare and deliver applicable and timely project billings and work with contractors to ensure and secure payments to keep cash flow moving.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex, multi-faceted projects.
    • Strong understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration.
