Prime Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join an established, high-performing urology practice at St. Mary's Hospital, a trusted community hospital in Kankakee, Illinois, serving the region with compassionate, award-winning care. Position Highlights:

  • Join a well-respected practice with a strong focus on comprehensive adult urologic medical and oncologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of prostate conditions, kidney diseases, urinary tract infections, incontinence, stone disease, and erectile dysfunction
  • Perform a wide range of procedures such as urinary endoscopy, minimally invasive surgeries, kidney stone removal, prostate interventions, and bladder repairs in state-of-the-art facilities
  • Balanced mix of inpatient consultations, outpatient clinic, and surgical cases with dedicated OR time
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including on site radiologists, pathologists, oncologists, and radiation oncologists, in a supportive environment emphasizing patient-centered outcomes and clinical excellence

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000 - $550,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
