Financial Customer Service Representative
Russell Tobin/Pride Global is hiring several professional and motivated Financial Customer Service Representative to join our client's team at a leading financial institution in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will support clients by handling incoming phone calls related to a variety of service inquiries on Brokerage accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering world-class service. Position is a 6-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.
Pay: $19.00 to $19.17 per hour depending on experience
Location: On site in Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding Brokerage account inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Provide support for Brokerage Cash Management products, online client platforms, and mobile app assistance.
- Address general financial and account-related questions while meeting key performance metrics.
- Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a busy financial service center.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required. College degree is preferred.
- Recently College Grads are encouraged to apply!
- Previous customer experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high level of accuracy.
