Premier Service is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and support our landscape and snow operations teams. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency across multiple crews.If you are a hands-on leader with strong landscaping knowledge and a passion for building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview
TheField Operations Manager oversees daily field operations to ensure crews deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, enforce safety standards, coordinate scheduling, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Crew Leadership & Operations
- Build, train, and manage field crews during green and snow seasons
- Coordinate daily crew dispatch, schedules, and job assignments

- Valid Driver's License required (must meet insurability guidelines)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including seasonal weekend availability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk job sites and work outdoors regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use a computer and mobile device for extended periods
