    Job description

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to succeed. This role offers the opportunity to represent our company's products/services and drive revenue growth.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • High school diploma or GED plus related college courses
    • Proven business to business track record of success in sales
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages and volume
    • Proficiency in computer skills, business acumen & relevant sales software/tools
    • Candidates with experience in packaging sales and/or corrugated box industry preferred

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales and secure long-term partnerships
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, operating instructions, training and procedure manuals, and reports for budgeting and management review
