    Are you a skilled automotive mechanic who thrives on accurate diagnostics and quality repairs? Tired of engine rebuilds and heavy diesel work? We’re looking for an experienced mechanic to join our client located in Addison, IL at a well-established, family-run facility known for honesty, efficiency, and a supportive work culture.

    Position Highlights:
    • Role: Automotive Diagnostic Mechanic (No diesel, no engine overhauls)
    • Pay: $40/hour (book time)
    • Guaranteed Hours: 38 book hours/week
    • Shop: State-of-the-art facility with a team of 7 experienced techs
    • Location: Addison, Illinois

    What You'll Do:
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all major makes and models (foreign & domestic)
    • Handle everything from check engine lights to drivability concerns—no diesel or major engine tear-downs
    • Perform routine maintenance and mid-level repairs efficiently and accurately
    • Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment in a temperature controlled, state of the art auto shop.

    Requirements include:
    • 5–10 years of experience in an independent repair shop (dealership experience welcome but not required)
    • Strong diagnostic skills and a solid understanding of modern vehicle systems
    • Own your basic tools
    • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
