Electrical Project Engineer
$46-$58 per hour, depending on experience
Seattle, WA | Full-Time Flexible Schedule | Monday - Friday

As our company continues to expand, we're looking for an Electrical Project Engineer who wants to grow alongside a collaborative team and take on new challenges. This role offers a mix of office and field duties, including travel to local job sites and close interaction with project managers, foremen, vendors, and clients.
What You'll Do
- Review electrical plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and plan markups using Bluebeam
- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and vendor communication
- Maintain project records in eSUB and distribute updated drawings
- Assist field teams with technical questions and project support
- Participate in site visits, permitting, inspections, and project closeout activities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in electrical construction or project engineering
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience performing quantity takeoffs and construction document reviews
- Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation processes
- Understanding of NEC, Washington State electrical code, and construction practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu
- Experience with eSUB or similar project management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
