Job description

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range for this position is $18.13 – $26.96, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. 

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

Position Summary: Certified Nursing Assistant, Float Pool Full-time, 32 Hours per Week.  Nights 11 pm to 7 am Methuen campus

Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg Acute Care Unit and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of certified nursing assistant program.
  • Certification/Licensure:
    • CNA certification or current RN student with documentation of completion of two clinical rotations.
    • Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association BLS required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Software/Hardware: Experience with Meditech is preferred.
