You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
