The ideal candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders, offshore teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful project execution, quality assurance, and production deployment.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in RPGLE, Synon, RxClaim, and CLLE/SQLRPGLE to lead development and delivery activities in an onsite-offshore model. The ideal candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders, offshore teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful project execution, quality assurance, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination between onsite and offshore development teams.
- Gather, clarify, and communicate business and technical requirements to offshore teams.
- Collaborate with customer technical leads and delivery managers on project execution.
- Review and approve design documents, test plans, test results, and project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Provide QA and regression testing support.
- Support pre-deployment and production deployment activities.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
