    Sr. Compensation & Benefits Specialist (Paycom)


    Charlotte, NC -Hybrid: 3 Days In Office / 2 Remote)


    Immediate need! Are you a payroll and benefits professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact? Our client is seeking a Sr. Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join a collaborative HR team supporting employees across the U.S. and Canada.


    This is a highly visible role with a stable, growing global organization where you'll own payroll processing for one business entity while serving as a trusted resource for employee benefits, compliance, reporting, and open enrollment activities.


    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using Paycom
    • Administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefit programs
    • Support annual open enrollment, audits, compliance, and reporting
    • Partner with Finance, benefit vendors, and employees to resolve payroll and benefit questions
    • Analyze data, improve processes, and ensure accuracy across payroll and benefits administration


    We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
    • Hands-on Paycom experience is required
    • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll, benefits, and compliance
    • Experience supporting Canadian payroll and/or benefits is a plus
    • Advanced Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
