Position Overview:

      • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges efficiently.
      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
      • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and a problem-solving approach.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications:
