PathPoint is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct nursing care and support to medically fragile individuals in a community-based setting in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is responsible for implementing restricted health care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with the Consulting Registered Nurse (RN) for clinical oversight.
