Pay: $20–$23/hour
Schedule: Full-Time


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will support purchasing operations by managing purchase orders, reviewing supplier documentation, and ensuring product accuracy and quality. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international purchasing within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review purchase orders, supplier invoices, and artwork for accuracy
  • Approve documents or coordinate corrections with suppliers
  • Track purchase orders to ensure deadlines and documentation are met
  • Review production images for artwork, colors, spelling, and product accuracy
  • Assist with creating purchase orders and verifying supplier invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing team


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience
  • Experience in purchasing, production, pre-press, artwork approval, or quality control
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify spelling errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to interpret sequential ranges (e.g., serial numbers)
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas)
  • Comfortable working in a paperless, computer-based environment
  • Ability to distinguish color variations and identify design discrepancies
