Job Title: Service Administrator - III

Location: Hilliard, OH 43026 (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Duration: 8 Months (Potential for extension)

Pay Rate: $28.96XX. on W2

Role Overview

The Service Administrator acts as the primary point of contact for customers at our Hilliard branch. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and the service shop by managing the intake process, providing technical repair estimates, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the repair lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Intake: Greet customers, assess repair needs, and open detailed work orders.
  • Estimating & Quoting: Translate customer complaints into technical troubleshooting plans; provide accurate quotes for parts and labor.
  • Service Coordination: Track repair status, manage technical escalations, and utilize electronic service tools to document diagnostic results.
  • Financials & Warranty: Handle invoicing and analyze warranty eligibility based on root cause failures and company policy.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or Service Technician.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in automotive or heavy-duty truck repair.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret mechanical diagnostics and utilize electronic service management systems.
