    Department: Property Management

Reports To: Property Manager / Operations Director

    Position Overview

    • Review and process all rental applications with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation
    • Conduct thorough background checks including credit reports, criminal history, eviction records, and employment verification

    • Conduct market research to determine appropriate rental rate adjustments based on current market conditions, property improvements, and tenant payment history
    • Prepare and present renewal offers including updated lease terms, rental rates, and any policy changes
    • Negotiate renewal terms with tenants while balancing company objectives with tenant retention goals
    • Process lease renewal documentation
