    Role Summary
    The Technology Operations Manager oversees and maintains the company’s core technology systems and digital infrastructure. This role manages software platforms, phone systems, and websites to ensure everything runs reliably and supports day-to-day operations. You’ll coordinate updates and improvements, track issues and priorities across tools, and partner with internal teams and external software providers to keep systems secure, organized, and effective.
    Key Responsibilities
    - Oversee and maintain the company website (WordPress), handling content/page updates, layout changes, plugin management, and SEO improvements while ensuring strong security, uptime, and performance.
    - Automate recurring workflows using macros, scripts, and AI-enabled process tools to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and standardize operations.
    - Oversee and maintain telephony and communications systems, managing routing/IVR setup, platform configuration, number health monitoring, and carrier/provider issue resolution (including spam-flagged numbers).
    - Coordinate with external developers and software providers by documenting issues clearly, translating business needs into requirements, prioritizing requests, and driving fixes/upgrades through testing and completion.
    - Educate and train teams on tools and workflows, creating clear guidance and support so systems are adopted correctly and used consistently day to day.
    - Maintain reporting and operational visibility by pulling, cleaning, and structuring data in Google Sheets and Excel to produce dashboards and recurring reports (pivot tables, formulas, summaries).
    - Build and manage forms and data-capture workflows for internal and external use (intake, tracking, submissions), ensuring clean data and reliable routing/follow-up.
    Requirements
    - Prior hands-on tech experience (this role has high volume and lots of moving parts)
    - Strong communication skills (you’ll work with non-technical staff daily)
    - Working knowledge of WordPress and website maintenance
    - Comfort with data/reporting in Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, formulas; macros a big plus)
    - Familiarity with SEO tools and website performance optimization
