Identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering and operational processes, leveraging PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and other relevant Microsoft technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows, Intune, Entra ID, application deployment, enrollment, authentication, and endpoint management issues, providing senior-level technical expertise and escalation support
Help define engineering standards, technical roadmaps, documentation, and best practices that support the organization's broader digital transformation and endpoint modernization strategy
Act as a technical SME and trusted advisor, working alongside like-minded engineers to evaluate emerging Microsoft capabilities, challenge legacy approaches, and continuously improve the end-user computing environment
Experience in least privilege tooling, like PolicyPak a plus
Strong team and collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
Stay up to date on industry trends and become internal subject matter expert and solutions consultant on end-user computing
Lead or participate in technology evaluations and recommend standardized solutions that align with enterprise objectives
Participate in major incidents, leading the team in issue identification, resolution, and RCA actions
Maintain detailed documentation of endpoint systems, configurations, and processes
Develop and deliver advanced metrics reporting to provide deep visibility into endpoint performance, user experience, and trend analytics-enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive optimization
What we expect of you
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline and 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and engineering modern Windows end-user computing environments, OR 11+ years of relevant experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows, VDI, and cloud-based endpoint management solutions
Demonstrated experience supporting the modernization and transformation of enterprise Windows environments
Ability to mentor, guide, and collaborate with junior engineers, both locally and remotely
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance quality, business priorities, and delivery timelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
Strong understanding of IT security principles, endpoint security concepts, and industry best practices.
Ability to work effectively across engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operational teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
