Position Title: Program Aide
Job Identification:
• Immediate Supervisor: Mission Services Manager
• EEOC Class: Professional
• FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Program Aide provides administrative and program support, and other duties to support assigned Mission Services programs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintains participant files and files documents/forms in a timely manner according to program policies, ensures all required documents/forms are filed, and reports any file discrepancies to the Mission Services Manager.
• Follows up with placed program participants for retention according to program policies.
• Researches job leads and employers online and provides job leads to Coordinators and program participants.
• Assists participants with onboarding/orientation activities as needed.
• Assists with monitoring and providing support to Occupational Skills program participants.
• Assists Mission Services staff with providing supportive services to program participants.
• Provides administrative support including making copies, scanning, and preparing packets.
• Participates in team meetings with internal staff and outside providers, as appropriate, and communicate individually with team members between meetings in order to coordinate.
• Maintains all documentation on assigned programs including up-to-date case notes as needed, updating any required databases, and assembles documentation for billing.
• Adheres to program standards and outcomes as outlined in program policies/procedures, program contracts, and referral and accreditation agency standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak/read/write proficient English; Bilingual skills preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Office 365.
• Ability to market and place individuals with disabilities, lack of skills, negative work history, justice-involved, and/or multiple barriers to employment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Works well under pressure and with deadlines; ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality.
• Thorough knowledge about company's mission and services.
• Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.
Required Experience:
• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree or experience in job placement/staffing or working with young adults populations. (Preferred)
• Valid driver license and insured/reliable vehicle.
• Background check.
Physical Requirements:
• Free from drug and alcohol abuse.

Additional Info:
Please note that this position has a 180 day introductory period.
