Responsibilities Include:
- Required to train/qualify at the following operator jobs:
§ Cold Mill Operator
§ Coil Finishing Operator - TL
§ Coil Finishing Operator - HV
§ Utility Operator – Lab Tech.
§ Shipping and Receiving Operator
§ Entry/Exit Operator
- Must possess a high degree of safety awareness. Must be knowledgeable and be willing to comply with plant safety rules and departmental safety practices.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Must be knowledgeable about all phases of the Finishing Plant production processes.
- Leadership, teamwork, and coaching skills are required.
- Strong verbal communications skills.
