We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at New Patterns ABA VA, where we are committed to delivering compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:
Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed
Assisting in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses
Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Providing training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies
Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach
Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
