Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At New Patterns ABA FL, we're committed to empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that prioritizes supportive relationships, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

  • Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies

  • Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (preferred)

  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities

  • Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills
