Job description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a pivotal supervisory role within a large behavior analysis team, primarily focusing on community and home-based settings. This position involves working closely with clients and team members to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans, ensuring ethical compliance and maximizing client progress through targeted assessment and data-driven strategies. Frequent travel is required to conduct client visits and training, enabling direct support and collaboration in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to inform intervention strategies
  • Analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
  • Provide consultation and support to clients and families
  • Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team (8+ members)
  • Document findings and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure ethical standards and compliance in all practices
  • Educate and train parents on behavior intervention techniques

Preferred Qualifications
