At New Patterns ABA FL, we are committed to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy services. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission.

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable RBTs and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

  • Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies

  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families

What We're Looking For:

  • Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach

  • Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately

  • Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
