Construction Project Manager


Columbus, OH


$85k+ base (negotiable) + benefits, insurance, performance bonus, etc.


NCW is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a general contractor out of Columbus, OH. This position will be mostly in-office in Columbus, OH and will oversee budgets, estimating, bidding, scheduling, reporting, etc. for project both in Columbus and outside areas. Scope of work mostly includes ground-up in the Commercial and Industrial spaces, but open to experience.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years construction experience.
  • Prior Project Management experience needed (2 years minimum). Preferably in ground up commercial or industrial.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Construction field.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, strong task management skills, proficient in construction software used for planning, scheduling, reports, etc.
  • Ability to submit and pass a background check and drug test.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
