    Job Title: Client Services / Business Development Executive - IT Workforce Solutions

    Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)

    We are hiring a Client Services / Business Development Executive to support and grow our IT Workforce Solutions business. 

    This role focuses on client maintenance, client expansion, and proactive business development. We welcome fresh Business graduates and MBAs who are eager to build a long-term career in sales and client management.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage existing client relationships and ensure ongoing engagement
    • Identify and execute opportunities to expand business within current accounts
    • Proactively reach out to potential new clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
    • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery
    • Schedule client meetings, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate client records
    • Support revenue growth through disciplined and consistent sales activity

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented personality
    • Willingness to learn IT staffing and client acquisition
    • Business, Management, or MBA background preferred
