This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.
Job Summary
Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste disposal systems.
  • Install and repair various plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems, in commercial buildings.
  • Cut, thread, and bend pipes to specifications using hand and power tools.
  • Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures made of various materials (e.g., copper, PVC, PEX, cast iron) using appropriate techniques.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using pressure gauges and other diagnostic tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems, including clogs, leaks, and fixture malfunctions.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other construction trades and project managers to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Document all work performed, including materials used and time spent.

Job Qualifications
  • Journeyman Plumber license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing construction.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
