Job description

Perform a variety of other tasks within the warehouse, including but not limited to:

  • Unloading goods
  • Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments
  • Performing general warehouse work
  • Calling and emailing suppliers to resolve issues
  • Assessing stock for damages
  • Operating stock management tools, such as a forklift
  • Counting stock and keeping inventory records
  • Picking product
  • Packaging products for shipment
  • Wrapping pallets and applying shipping labels
  • Building crates and custom pallets as required

Warehouse associate should be hard-working, organized, and detail-oriented. Need to be flexible and adaptable to perform a variety of tasks within the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in simple MRP/ERP software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook via a computer system.
  • Knowledge of shipping terms and concepts will be helpful but not required.
  • Experience driving a forklift will be helpful but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for large portions of the day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Mon - Fri

Experience: 1 year of warehouse experience (Required)
