Schedule
- Training (requires 100% attendance):
- First four weeks – instructor-led:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 hours per day between the hours of:
8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Pacific time
- Next four weeks – hands-on calls:
- Scheduled during center's hours of operation (see work schedule below)
- First four weeks – instructor-led:
