In the role of Line Lead - Forming working in Wheat Ridge, CO you will be part of the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company (RMBC) team. You will be responsible for leading the 24/7 operations of the forming department, fostering a high-performance culture through employee engagement and talent development. It involves building a winning team by modeling WCSC standard work principles, recognizing individual and team contributions, and facilitating the forming technician development program to ensure operational excellence. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $95,700.00 - $125,700.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

What You'll Be Brewing:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Builds effective partnerships across the plant (Batch & Furnace /Conditioning / Forming / Inspection & Packaging / Quality / Mold and Machine Repair and Maintenance) and supply chain network
- Supports and participates in structured communications throughout the department and provides feedback to teams participating in the structured communications process to enhance effectiveness
Key Ingredients:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of forming
- You have glass experience
- You have at least 3-5 years experience in a leadership role in manufacturing operations
- You have lean manufacturing experience
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results - acting with integrity and honoring commitments
