- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) preferred
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
- Internship or project experience in marketing or communications is a plus
Position Requirements:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Give Hutton and ModWash Marketing Support.
- Coordinate creation of promotional materials including flyers, signage, and digital content
- Support social media efforts by drafting captions, sourcing content, and scheduling posts
- Help manage online presence including website updates, online listings, and local event promotion
- Collect, organize, and analyze basic marketing data to help optimize campaigns
- Support internal and external communication efforts including email campaigns and press outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Assist with organizing community events, grand openings, and promotional activities
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, message, and visual presentation
- Travel to local markets (up to 25%) to support events, store openings, or community initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required
- Long periods of standing and engagement at company events
- Ability to assist with setup of canopy tents or designated exhibits
