Production Assembly - Bossier City, LA | Starting at $17/hour
Openings available for Day Shift 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, Friday OT as necessary
Elliot Industries (a MacLean Power Systems Company) is looking for detail-focused team players who take pride in building things the right way. If you like working with your hands and seeing the finished product, come together-this role is for you.
What You'll Do
  • Assemble components using hand and power tools
  • Follow instructions and blueprints to get it right the first time
  • Inspect your work and keep quality top-notch
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Work with your team to keep production on track

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and jump in where needed

What to Expect
  • Hands-on, active work (lifting to 50 lbs.)
  • Warehouse/manufacturing environment
  • Opportunity for overtime when needed
