• Experience: 2 to 5 years in corporate law, with a focus on securities and capital markets.
• Expertise: Public company reporting, securities offerings, SEC compliance, and corporate governance.
• Skills: Strong drafting, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Education: Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice law.

• Salary range: $170,000 – $300,000.
