The Project Superintendent will lead all field operations for multifamily and podium construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating inspections, maintaining project quality, and driving successful project delivery from groundbreaking through completion. Description Key Responsibilities Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Project Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Lead day-to-day field operations for multifamily and podium construction projects. Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders on-site. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Manage site documentation, reporting, and project records. Coordinate inspections and maintain quality control throughout the construction process. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams. Profile The Successful Applicant For the Project Superintendent role, we are seeking: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction. Proven experience delivering multifamily, podium, wood-frame, or mixed-use residential projects. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively. Experience developing and maintaining project schedules. Knowledge of construction documentation, inspections, and quality control processes. OSHA 30 certification. Strong computer skills and experience using construction management software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
